The following illustration shows the Auto Print Status window.
The Status window is the main display for Auto Print.
Once a user successfully logs in, this window automatically minimizes to the system tray. Exception: If there are no scheduled runs (as the screen above shows) the window will not minimize automatically.
When Auto Print is not printing, the status messages show either the next run time scheduled or the message shown above if there are no scheduled run times.
When Auto Print is printing, it displays the report number currently being printed. Auto Print prints all reports found for the logged in User Name with a status of "not printed" that match the selected report types in the Advanced Settings page.
To start an immediate Auto Print session click Run Now.
To display the Auto Print Settings window click Edit Settings.
To display the Batch Print window click Batch Print.
To exit Auto Print, click Quit. Note that quitting Auto Print means no scheduled print jobs will run.
These functions are also available from the menu by right clicking on the system tray icon. All functions except for Quit are disabled until the user successfully logs in.
When the mouse pointer is hovering over the system tray icon the tool tip text will display "Auto Print: " plus the status message of the bold text shown in this window.
