Batch Print

Batch Print is used to run a printing session of all reports between a specified set of dates regardless of their printed status. All the settings on this page work the same as the ones on the Auto Print Settings page. Their values default to the ones from the Auto Print Settings page each time this screen is displayed.

Any changes made to the Batch Print settings apply only to the current session of batch printing, and unlike other Auto Print settings, they are not saved between sessions.

• Click Run to start the Batch Print session. The Auto Print Status page will display the printing status as it does for a normal Auto Print session. This button is disabled during a batch print session.
• Click Stop to stop the Batch Print session. This button is only enabled if a batch print session is running.
• Click Close to close this window. If a Batch Print session is currently running, it will stop the running session.
