If there is at least one Clientgram, a list of messages appears on the Home page as shown on the next illustration.
When the Clientgram section appears on the Home page, it displays up to three (3) messages. If more than 3 messages are sent to the user, a “more…” link appears below the messages. Clicking on the "more..." link displays additional messages.
To view a clientgram, click on the message link from the Home screen. The clientgram message appears on a new window as shown below:
The buttons on this screen are self-explanatory and they are listed below:
