To Select a Facility

This window appears when you first log into Clinician or when you select  Change Facility from the main menu.

  1. Select a facility from the list and click Submit.

  2. The Status or Welcome page for the selected facility appears.
    3.  
  3. Select a function from the main menu to continue working.
