To Delete an Order

  1. To delete an order, search for the order by status of "Entered".

    If the order has been transmitted or if the specimen has been picked by the lab, you must call the lab to cancel the order.

  2. Check the box next to the order you wish to delete.
  3. Click on Delete Orders.
  4. When asked if you are sure you want to delete the selected order, click OK. To keep the order click Cancel.
