Find Test Results

1. When you search for a test code, a list of test codes matching your search criteria appears. To print the results list click the Print List button.
   

   

   If  the message "No Records Found" appears, click Do Another Search, and try using fewer characters and a wildcard such as "*" or "%".

2. Click the Select button next to a test code to view the expiration and effective date on that test.
 
 

3. Directory of Services information is available on any test code that appears in blue and hyper linked. Click on a test code link (underlined in blue) to see additional information on that test.
   

   To print this information click the Print button.

   If there is no information on a test, contact the laboratory for questions and requirements.
