The Identifier Details window lets you modify or create a new patient identifier.
Identifier is the unique alpha-numeric code for the patient identifier.
Type is the type of patient identifier. You must select a value from the drop-down list.
As the name indicates, the Active Identifier check box is used to specify if the identifier is active or not.
Click Save to save any changes made to this page.
Click Close after saving your changes or if you just want to return to the previous window without saving your changes.
