The Admin, Test Management menu option allows you to look up, create and modify tests.
Select a Lab from the drop-down list. Test information is lab specific. This is a required field.
Enter additional search criteria. You must enter at least a Test code or test description. You may use partial entries combined with a wild card as shown below.
To print the results list click the Print List button.
To change data on a test click the Select button next to it. This opens a screen that allows you to modify some of the test data (primarily effective and expiration date).
To create a new test, click Create New.
If the message "No Records Found" appears, click Do Another Search, and try using fewer characters and a wild card ("*",or "%").
Some labs provide additional information on test codes. When a test code is hyper linked, clicking on it displays information on that test, as shown on the next illustration.
To print this information click the Print button.
If there is no information on a test, you may contact the laboratory for questions and requirements.
