You can search for a patient by Account Number, Name or Social Security Number.
If you are not sure about the correct spelling of a patient's last name, enter a partial last name combined with a wild card.
If you can't find an existing patient record click Reset. This allows you to do a new search using different criteria.
Spelling and typographical errors often occur. The search data must be the same as the one found in the database. To expand your search, try using fewer letters and a wildcard such as "*" or "%".
When searching by Social Security Number dashes are optional. The following examples are both valid entries: 495-90-8950 or 495908950. This field does not support wild card searches.
Press Enter on your keyboard or click the Search button to perform a search. The Find Patient Results screen appears.
