To Search for a Payer

Enter search criteria on the Payer Search screen and click Search.

A list of payers appears in Step 2.

If the payer you are searching for appears on the list, click the Select button next to the payer. The payer information will populate the order.

If the payer you want is not on the list, expand your search criteria by typing less characters combined with a wild card.

If the payer you need is still not on the list, call 888-505-8691, then press 3 and the help desk will assist you.
