Before sending your first electronic prescription you will need to verify your identity and medical credentials with ID.me/Optum. We recommend that you take a few minutes to look through the ID.me Registration Process guide prior to starting the online proofing process. Click the appropriate Register Now link to setup your account. Always make sure you see the Optum & ID.me logos as you go through the registration process.

Please note: you will need to verify your identity using one of these methods:

Upload a photo of your driver's license or state id card

Upload a photo of you Passport

Upload a photo of your Passport Card

Answer Knowledge Based Answers (credit report questions)
