This screen appears when a user clicks the View Details button on the DUR Summary screen.
Results are sorted by severity with the most severe item listed at the top.
Review & Return allows the user to issue the prescription without getting blocked and closes the DUR Details screen.
View Summary returns the user to the DUR Summary screen.
Print prints the list of DUR Warnings.
Close closes the screen and does not allow the user to issue the prescription if there are warnings that would block it.
Help displays online help for the current screen.
