This screen is used to search for allergies and to add allergy information to a patient's record.
To Search for Allergies
To search for allergies:
Select an allergy Type from the drop-down list: Drug, Ingredient or Allergen.
Enter the allergy's Description. This field supports the use of wild cards.
Click Search. A list of allergies matching your search criteria displays:
Select the allergies you wish to include on the patient's chart and click Use Selected. The screen closes and the selected allergies are added to the Drug Allergies tab on the patient chart.

Clicking this button adds the selected items to the Drug Allergies tab on the Patient Chart. |
