The Caregiver Details screen appears when you click any of the Caregiver name hyperlinks from the Caregiver Preference List Management screen.
This screen shows detailed information on the selected Caregiver which is listed in the following table:

This is the caregiver's sex. |

This is the Social Security Number of the caregiver. |

This is the type of caregiver. |
|
UPIN |
This is the Unique Provider Identifier Number of the caregiver. |
To create or modify caregiver records use the Resources, Caregivers menu option in the Config/Setup info-service. You must be an authorized administrative user to access this Clinician feature.
