Changing Test or Diagnosis Codes on an Order

The Add to List button lets you add more tests to an order, after selecting tests and diagnoses codes.

If you check the box next to a test, the corresponding diagnoses codes appear in the ICD9 fields above. You can change an ICD9 code by selecting another code or delete it by choosing the blank space at the top of the drop down box. You can also add new codes by completing additional boxes. This feature allows you to customize the diagnosis codes by test.

You can check a test and click on Remove Test to delete it from the order.

When the list accurately represents your order click the Next button or use Alt+> as a short cut to move to the next page.
