The Status screen is the main window for File Delivery.
Once a user successfully logs in, this screen automatically minimizes to the system tray. Note: If there are no scheduled downloads (as shown on the previous illustration) the window does not minimize automatically.
When File Delivery is not downloading the status messages show either the next scheduled download time or the message shown above if there are no scheduled download times.
While File Delivery is downloading, it displays the report number being downloaded.
When running, File Delivery downloads all reports found for the logged in user name with a status of “not download” and matches the selected report types and document types in the Report Types tab.
The following table describes the function of every button on this screen:
Button |

Run Now |
Click this button to start an immediate File Delivery session. |
Edit Settings |
Click this button to display the File Delivery Settings screen. |
Batch Download |
Click this button to view the Batch Download screen. |

All of these functions are also available from the menu by right clicking on the system tray icon. Except for Quit, these functions are disabled until the user successfully logs in.
When the mouse pointer hovers over the system tray icon, the tool tip text displays “File Delivery: “ along with a status message in bold text as shown in the File Delivery Status window.
