The Guarantor screen contains guarantor data for the insured patient. A guarantor is the person ultimately responsible for payment of any medical expenses not covered by the patient's health care plan. A patient can have one or more guarantors. This information may be modified, deleted and printed.
If you change any guarantor information, click Save to save your changes.
To print Guarantor data click Print.
To delete the Guarantor record click Delete.
To close the Guarantor screen click Return to Patient.
