This screen is used to record any medications a patient is currently taking that have not been entered in Rx. This allows a physician to have a complete patient history. The reported drug may have been prescribed by the current doctor or by another doctor.
This screen provides a way to keep all drug related information on a patient in the patient's Rx History tab.
To Enter Reported Drugs
To enter a reported drug:
The minimum required entry is the name of the medication in the Drug field. To enter a drug name:
type a drug name and press the Enter key or
click
the search icon 
to search for a drug using the Drug
Search screen.
Enter other known data in the remaining fields.
Click Save. A confirmation pop up displays if the drug was saved successfully.
Repeat the previous steps to continue entering additional reported drugs.
To return to the Rx History screen click Return to Rx History.
