The reports list on both the Inbox and Detailed Search screens works the same way and displays the same data.
You may Print, Forward, Open or Select All reports from both screens. These buttons become available when you highlight a report. If you right click anywhere on the screen you will be given a toolbox with these functions and History. History shows you any previous activity on a report.
Unlike the Inbox window, the Detailed Search window includes reports that have been previously viewed or printed.
Reports are displayed in table format and arranged in chronological order.
To page through the reports use the vertical scroll bar.
The list of reports can be sorted by clicking on any of the column headers.
Non-viewed reports appear in bold.
