Pharmacy Preference List

The Pharmacy Preference List is used to maintain lists of preferred pharmacies. Users can add or remove pharmacies from the list.

To Create a Pharmacy Preference List
  1. Select a Facility from the drop-down list.

  2. On the Pharmacy field, type a pharmacy name and press the Enter key (wild card characters are accepted) or use the search icon (binocular button) to invoke the Pharmacy Search screen.

  3. Repeat the previous steps to add more pharmacies to the preference list.

The following table describes the contents of the Pharmacy Preference List screen.

Field/Button

Description

Facility

Defaults to the user’s current location.  Contains all the locations associated with the user.

Pharmacy

To search for a pharmacy the user can either:

a) Type a pharmacy name and press the Enter key (wild card characters are accepted) or

b) use the search icon (binocular button) to invoke the Pharmacy Search screen.

Remove Selected

Deletes the selected pharmacies from the preference list. This button is enabled only when one or more pharmacies are selected.

Select All

Selects all the pharmacies on the list.

Save

Saves the updated preference list.  This button is enabled only when one or more pharmacies are added to list.

Print

Prints the pharmacy preference list.
