To use Clinician your workstation must have an Internet connection. This connection may be established through a dedicated Internet connection (DSL or Cable Modem) with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or a through Network connection.
When you first log on to Clinician you may notice a License Agreement, which you must accept to use Clinician. In addition, the first time you run Reports you will see a Mead & Company License Agreement, which you must accept before using any of the reporting functions. Clinician supports the use of TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) images. In order to view TIFF images, you must have a special viewer installed on your workstation. Clinician helps you download this software.
The first time you try to open a TIFF file, the following screen appears:
To download the viewer, make sure you select the check box, Always Trust content from Daeja Image Systems Ltd as shown in the previous illustration and click Yes.
The message Retrieving please wait will appear for a few seconds and then the report or document you're trying to view will appear.
From this point on you will be able to view TIFF images.
